As a corporate citizen, AGIT is very concerned towards social and environmental activities as the manifestation of its responsibility towards stakeholders. This concern is particularly addressed to:

• The Employees, by introducing equal rights and responsibilities of all employees, without discrimination of race, ethnic origin, religion, and groups. Employees are rewarded based on their individual competence and achievement results.  AGIT also participates in Astra Friendly Company and Astra Industrial Relation Assessment program.
• The Community and The Environment, by creating human and environmental activities, in the vicinity of AGIT’s office, as well as on other areas in need. Community activities entail among other blood donations by AGIT employees, extending aid to disaster areas and collecting used- books and reading materials for library that intended for unfortunate children. For the environment AGIT have been participated in “Go Green with Astra, One Employee, One Tree” Program by planting trees in the office parking area. This program is part of Astra Green Company (AGC) program.
• Health, Safety and Security, by identifying hazards and the risks in work places, routine care and maintenance of facilities and office surroundings in accordance with directions of the competent institutions.
