JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Provide the management of marketing process for each network infrastructure portfolio.
- Able to be the internal and external communicator by performing the improvement competencies solution product to support the sales force on sales calls, and customer briefing
- Maintain the product updater continuously to support the competencies of the company’s portfolio especially in network infrastructure department
- Maintains the presales process by supporting the BC as a translator of customer needs and wants appropriately
- Provide the communication with the customer to grab all customer needs and wants clearly to compile the proper requirements together with BC
- Communicate proactively with BC in the context of supporting BC in selling the appropriate solutions to solve customer needs and wants
- Responsible in design and as an architect the customer needs and wants by mapping it as well as designing the scope of work to cover all requirements.
- Responsibilities and duties of Solution Delivery
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Computer Science or IT or Electronics Engineering
- Technical skills and knowledge
- Able to show network’s knowledge deeply
- Certifications are a must especially for Solution Delivery to support the works in fulfilling the tasks
- Able to define problem, observe causal connection, collect data and draw conclusion
- Able to create extensive networking and maintain relationship
- Able to present information effectively and persuasively to customer from middle to top management
Job Descriptions :
- 1st level Help Desk : Support user desktop problem solving and installation
- Monitoring anti virus and keep the virus data protection update
Qualifications :
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows XP Professional and Microsoft Office 2003/2007 related troubleshooting and hardware related problem solving
- Good Technical skill, Communication and attitude
- Holding a Microsoft Certified Professional Certification is preferable
- Have at least 1 year experience in related position (fresh gradates are welcome to apply)
- Willing to be located in : Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Aceh, Sumatera Utara, Sumatera Barat, Pekanbaru, Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Jambi, Palembang, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Irian Jaya

Qualifications :
- Fifth year of college and university certified, with 2 years relevant experiences
- Have extensive skill in SAP , AXAPTA,ORACLE ; also ERP and industry domain knowledge
- Able to open extensive networking and maintain relationship
- Able to completely interpret and respond to common inquiries or complaints and negotiating, also capable to present information effectively and persuasively to customer, top management or members of business community
Presales Enterprise Solution (ENT)
Job Descriptions :

- Have extensive skill in EAI Middleware/ Industry specific solution, such as : Wealth Management / Basel-2 / Loan Origination / SCM / CRM / PLM / Balance Score Card / Dataware house.

- Able to completely interpret and respond to common inquiries or complaints and negotiating, also capable to present information effectively and persuasively to customer, top management or members of business community
Business Solution Consultant (BSC)
Job Descriptions :
- Deliver consultation services
- Involve in pre-sales of consulting services (proposal development)
- Review proposal developed by solution architect to ensure it matches software package capabilities
Qualifications :
- Fifth year college or university program certified, with min. 2- 5 years experiences
- Experience: hands-on in banking industry or management consulting with Financial Services specialization
- Fluency in banking operations; knowledge in priority banking is of advantage
- Must show independence and high desire to learn and also willingness to travel
Job Descriptions :
- Maintain Relationship with Principal
- Manage sales target from our principal
- Maintain mutual relationship and communication with customer and principal
Qualifications:
- Fifth year college or university program certified, with min. 2 years experiences in related positions.
- Able to completely interpret and respond to common inquiries or complaints and negotiating, also capable to present information effectively and persuasively to customer, top management or members of business community
- Have extensive knowledge in negotiation and presentation skill
Telecom Solution Consultant (TSC)
There are two positions available :
- Telecom Solution Consultant (OSS/Operation Support System Consultant)
- Telecom Solution Consultant (BSS/Business Support System Consultant)
- As presales support of Telecom Solution portfolio especially OSS or BSS area
- Probing, identifying and defining business and technical requirement of the customers
- Propose and present the solution in convincing way to the customer and other parties involved
- Manage relationship with OSS or BSS Patner
- Support and consult the implementation team
- Ensure the portfolio consistently aligns with market and tecnology trend
- Perform qualified activity plan, report and administration
- Minimum S1, preferably in Telecommunication / IT
- 5 years experience in telecommunication industry, as engineer or operator or consultant
- Strong analytical skill in exploring requirements and all components involved, formulating and presenting the solution
- Have extensive knowledge and skillset in telecommunication technology and industry, especially OSS/BSS area
- Have extensive skill of Operation System (UNIX and Windows), Software Development (design and programming), Networking, Microsoft/Workstation application
- Able to develop and maintain relationship with customers and partners
- Good communication and writing/documentation skill
- Develop new outsourcing prospect (initial meeting, presentation, bid proposal, pricing, strategy to win, closing deal, contracting)
- Develop outsourcing portfolio (Develop sales kit, campaign to BC-Partner-Prospect, conduct workshop to customer/prospect)
- Renewal for current outsourcing project (client relationship, study requirement for renewal, strategy renewal, and renew contract)
- Min. S1 in Engineering or Management
- Have data center, helpdesk and network operation skill and other related skill
- Min. 3 years experience as Business Development Manager for IT solution
- Lead IT Operation, such as : DataCenter, Network, Helpdesk, System monitoring, Desktop Support, etc. at client sites
- Manage client relationship
- Min S1 in Eng or Mgmt
- Have Datacenter, Helpdesk & N/W operation skill & other related skill
- Min 3 years experience as Operation Manager
